Someone just asked AI for a good plumber. Were you on the list?
Type your service and city. We ask the assistants people actually use, then show you who they named, where you land, and which websites the answers came from.
We asked ChatGPT and Google the same five questions. They agreed on 3 of 40 businesses.
Read one before you buy one.
Who is a good dentist in Dallas, TX?
Who is a good plumber in Austin, TX?
Who is a good accountant for a small business in Denver, CO?
Who is a good roofer in Nashville, TN?
Who is a good veterinarian in Charlotte, NC?
Yellow squares are businesses both assistants named. Read by hand on Sept 16, 2026.
One page. No dashboard to learn.
Who gets named
Every business each assistant recommends for your service and city, in the order it gave them.
Where you land
Named, named by one, or missing. With what the assistant said about you if it did.
Where it looked
The review sites, directories, threads and pages each answer leaned on.
What to feed it
A short checklist in plain words, specific to what your search turned up.
Priced for a one-person shop.
- One service and city
- ChatGPT and Google AI Mode
- Sources and checklist
- Web page and PDF
- The same search, re-run every month
- Who moved in, who dropped off
- Did your changes show up
- Up to 10 businesses tracked
- Your logo on the PDF, not ours
- Made to hand to clients
Fair questions.
Does everyone get the same answer?
No. Answers shift with the wording, the person's location, whether they're signed in, and the day. That's why a snapshot shows the exact question, when it was asked and how, and why the tracker re-runs the same search each month.
Can you get my business recommended?
Nobody can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can show is what the assistants currently read about your category in your city, so your effort goes to the places that feed the answer.
Isn't this just about Reddit?
Reddit showed up as a source in two of our five sample searches. Google Business Profiles, review sites, local ranking lists, newspaper polls and the businesses' own websites showed up more. Reddit is one input, not the plan.
Can I check this myself for free?
Yes, and here's how. The snapshot saves you the hour, writes down the sources, and gives you something clean to share.
Which assistants do you check?
ChatGPT with web search and Google's AI Mode, the two most people will reach first. More can be added as they matter for local searches.
